As parents and caregivers, we are our children's first and most important sexuality educators - through our words, actions, and even our silences. Many of us want to be more intentional in how we share our values, set expectations, and keep communication open.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore adolescent development, learn practical tools for talking about sexuality, and build the skills to become an “askable adult” - someone young people trust for honest, supportive conversations. It's easier than you think - and it all starts with showing up!
