Avalon is excited to offer numerous sports options to students at Avalon. Last year, many students participated in community rugby, as well as ultimate Frisbee and volleyball. To join a sport, first contact the home district where the sport is played, or have your advisor assist you.
This year we will also be offering personal training sessions and yoga sessions for a reduced price. Watch out for more updates as the year goes on!
