Application Process

To apply, please follow the instructions found on this page:  Avalon Application.  You will be asked to create an account through our Parent Portal before you can submit an application.  If you need assistance creating an account, please email (enrollment@avalonschool.org) or call the main office (651-649-5495). Please make sure to select the correct school year!

As of September 19, we do not have any openings in any grades for the 2017-2018 school year. If you would like to get on the waitist follow the steps above.  We do anticipate that there will be openings popping up throughout the school year.

All applications received before 4pm on March 1st, 2018 for the 2018-2019 school year will be placed in a lottery.  The lottery will take place on Friday, March 2.  We will have openings and we will move applicants from the waitlist to enrollment throughout the spring and summer.  Applications received after March 1 will be placed on the waitlist as they are received.  Use the link above to fill out an application for either year.

Enrollment Policy:

If there are more on-time applications than spots available, Avalon will utilize a lottery system to determine enrollment status for all students.  All applications in by 4pm on March 1 will be entered into the lottery.  Families will be notified of enrollment status within 10 days of the March 1 deadline. Applications received after 4pm on March 1 will be accepted or placed on the wait list on a first-come/first-served basis depending on availability.
