Important Information - Upcoming 2016-2017 School Year

The 2016-2017 School Year is fast approaching!  Here is the information you need to know.

Fall Conferences - Fall Conferences are scheduled to take place on August 31st and September 1st.  Your student's advisor will be contacting you the week before.

2016-2017 Registration Paperwork Due!  New AND RETURNING families:

Please fill out all of the registration forms.  You should have received an e-mail with instructions - you can also access the material directly through the Parent Portal. It is required that these forms are filled out before your student can start at Avalon in the fall.  Please contact Gretchen at enrollment@avalonschool.org if you have any questions.  Please note, this form (Education Benefits) needs to be printed and signed - we are not allowed to accept scanned or faxed copies. 

High School Schedule and Seminar Descriptions - High school families can look at all the awesome seminars being offered during the first block by visiting this page on our website. 

Back to School / Design Week Exhibition Night (Thursday, September 8th, 4-6pm) - Come join us at school for a hot dog roast and back-to-school celebration.  Students will spend the first week of school designing and creating projects to exhibit - come check out their awesome work.  It will also be a great chance for families to chat with Avalon staff, poke around the building, and get to know the community!  Exhibition starts at 4pm on Thursday, September 8th.

Avalon School Board Meeting - Our next board meeting takes place at 5pm at school on August, 23rd.  Check out the Avalon School Board page for agenda and notes from previous meetings.
